What a great idea! I just went to a neighborhood garage sale and I saw everal of these. We don’t drink so I passed them by. I wish I had read this earlier! I was looking for something to organize my makeup. These would have been perfect!

Wow – I did this today, how freaky. I was doing a big kitchen clean out/ organise and my husband like toothpicks but I hate when they spill out of the box and get caught up between the spices (he keeps them on the spice rack). So I took them out of the box and put then in a shot glass and put the shot glass next to the spices. The shot glass is the perfect size for the toothpicks, and I have an abundance of them from drinking games when I was at uni.. Thanks for the post!
