Before I tell you about the hair bows I want to tell you a little about Jessica, the owner of Sugar n’ Spice Boutique and crafter of all bows.  While I don’t know  Jessica personally, she is known by many of our friends and even my sister-in-law. Jessica is a Christian, stay at home, homeschooling mom to 3 young children and recently Jessica’s husband lost his job.
