Why Can’t You See God?

This entry is part 3 of 3 in the series Savannah's Heaven Conversation

Savannah (4) continues to have questions about heaven.  Kaitlin was telling her that when she gets to heaven she can ask God all of the questions to which she doesn’t know the answers.

“Like why I can’t see God if He is everywhere?” Savannah questioned.

Kaitlin replied, “Yes, you can ask that although it’s like love. You can’t see love, can you?

“No.”

“But”, and here Kaitlin leaned over and gave Savannah a big hug, “you can feel love.”

“Yes,” pondered Savannah.

“That’s how it is with God,” concluded Kaitlin.

Savannah thought about that for a minute and then queried, “Then why can’t I feel God?”

  • that is very deep thought from your elder daughter! she sounds like she has a gift for explaining things in simple terms.

Kimberly, I have tagged you at my blog, to reveal your deep secrets – or at least what you did yesterday!

This is yet another reason I chose to homeschool! What a wonderful thing to get to see your daughters bonding and mentoring each other; older ones sharing God’s love.
