Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your prayers and kind words for our family and specifically Carter. God has answered our prayers! I had to tell Carter to stop running in the house this morning.
He has not had any trouble with more heart arrhythmia because of the steroids and his breathing is dramatically improved. His oxygen level was up at 93-94 today at the doctor, so we are certainly on the right road.
Amber is feeling fine. She is our super-immune-system child, she rarely ever gets very sick, no matter what is going around.
This evening Colby is running a fever so we’ll wait and see how that goes.
I have a lot more ideas and thoughts about homeschooling and lots of other topics that I plan on sharing and I don’t plan on Raising Olives becoming merely a family update blog. I just wanted to let you all know that we really appreciate you taking the time to pray and let us know that you are praying, and also wanted to tell you how wonderfully Carter has done.

We will continue praying
. So glad things are looking up! I also like your homeschooling posts AND your family update posts. Otherwise I would never know what’s up with you all, or how to pray for you!
Hopefully in two weeks.
We are in the process of preparing our new school room (what used to be a basement storage are… not sure where the storage area will go now, but we’ll figure that out), and I just picked out all the paint. One wall will be magnetic, yay! We are also doing the gutter bookshelves next to all the kids beds and in the new school room. Thank you for the ideas! It will be a schoolroom/playroom… the dining room just wasn’t working out anymore. Will send pictures when it’s done

Hi Kimberly! It’s Sunday night and I’ve been thinking about your family all weekend! How are you all doing with the flu? I’ve got you on my prayer list! Hoping you’re feeling somewhat better.

I’m so glad to read this update! I’m sorry I’m a little behind in commenting, but I have been praying. You are a blessing to me and my family (through this blog) and it’s a privilege to intercede for you. With love from your sister in Christ, Jacqueline
