Thanks for all the great replies, ladies. Whitney, I think one project a month is an excellent goal. I’m glad I could share some ideas that were useful…and dispel the myth that we’re over here doing tons and tons of hands-on projects.

Really enjoyed this one! I use the size of my family to excuse our lack of “hands on” learning activities. I believe that I’ll set a goal of one a month to start out and see if we can complete 4 projects by Christmas. Thanks for the inspiration!

Great suggestions! Especially the “don’t overdo it” part. That’s what happens to me. We try to do too much, and then wind up doing nothing at all. Thank you for sharing!
