Waiting to Grow

Savannah (4) measured herself again at the amusement park.  She is still just an inch or so shy of riding a “real, big-kid” roller coaster, a coveted milestone for her.

After hearing that the big kids were going to ride without her,  she sighed and said, “I guess I’ll just wait out here and grow.”

We are still catching up from vacation.  In the meantime you can read more about our funny children and their parents in other Giggles from the Grove posts or find out all the craziness that does NOT go on here in the Olive household by reading some Not Me Monday’s.   You can also read some (hopefully) helpful posts about laundry management, decluttering or homeschooling.
