We are definately an ‘over’ family. I too, like some fellow commentors, will change an ‘under’ roll if I see one. It just seems like it’s wrong that way. Hope you win the Cottonelle for a month, that’s a great giveaway. Cottonelle is the only TP we use.

I vote for ‘over’ , however, if it goes ‘under’ then it does seem to help keep the babies from getting it so easy.

I was told years ago by DH that the proper way was over, until then I never gave it any thought. I think that is what the kids do when they change a roll, but I’ve never really paid much attention. Like someone else said, I’m just happy the empty rolls get changed!

We are always over. I always switch it if someone else puts it on under, but after reading Charlotte’s post, I might have to keep track of our usage for a while and then switch to under for a while and compare. If it could save us some money on this necessity, I am willing to adjust to a switch.

Always over–because otherwise the cats unroll it LOL me–i could care less because usually Dh just sits it on a table NEAR the potty <3
