Soooo cute!!
I am not trying to be a demanding follower or anything but could you do wordless Wed. AND Works for Me Wed.? I miss your great tips on how to run a big family on a budget or just plain ole great ideas!! I took the cloth napkin idea and employed it here and it works great!! Mostly for all the spills!!! Instead of saying where are the paper towels we say “Quick, Throw your napkin on it!” We just made homemade hot cocoa mix; much more economical than store bought packs!!! Anyway, just thought I would make a follower request!!

Yes. Now that I feel better I’m hoping to get back to posting more WFMW type posts. I’m also thinking about bringing back Tuesday’s Tip for Mom.
Thanks for asking!
P.S. Will you let me know if you get an email notification of this reply? Thanks.

Can you believe I’ve actually had people tell us that our children shouldn’t help with so much because it IS just like child labor? What?!?!?!?
I’m not about to tell my two-year old son that he can’t help with pulling the laundry out of the dryer or that my daughters can’t help with the livestock chores! They love it.
It appears your little blessings love it, too! Go, child labor!

Yes, this was totally spontaneous. I was reading my Bible on the couch and he went over and opened the dryer, got the clothes out and brought them to me.
Now today he was trying to crawl into the dryer, so I’m not sure if there was a hidden motive in him wanting that dryer empty.

That is so precious. He is so cute. I want to pinch those cute cheeks. I am going to adopt your Wordless Wednesday thingy if that is ok. My mother-in-law is pretty much homebound and looks forward to reading up on fb and my blog and having a little quicky one to do would be nice. And she will still get to see pictures of the kids. Thanks a bunch for your blog. I love it.

Cute! Some people would be outraged. lol
I’ve been wondering with all those kids and your money-saving ideas…do you use cloth diapers? I’m thinking about it and that only because I’ll have 2 in diapers.

Me again! I finally figured out how to search your site and answered my own question! Thanks for the info you’ve put up.

I’ve got to fully disclose here. Since the beginning of this pregnancy we’ve put the baby in paper diapers, but we will probably go back to cloth when the baby is born if not before.
I’m really happy that you were able to find your answer.

How cute to see the little guy helping!

Mrs. Kimberley,
One of the many things we love about your sweet family is how all of your children are so willing and happy to help in whatever capacity they can- a rare thing to see! I’ll never forget watching Carter several years ago pushing a vacuum cleaner that was at least twice as big as he was with this enormous grin on his face just because he could “help Mommy”. What a blessing!!!

Thank you for taking the time to comment and leave that memory of Carter. He’s so big now it’s hard to remember.
