Just wanted to say hope you had a good time at BlissDom, On Feb. 2 2010 I took an over night get away at the Hospital and came home with our 3rd child. I like reading your blog while I nurse him. I also am thinking about home schooling.

BlissDom is a blogging conference in Nahsville. There were 500 attendees and sessions all day Friday and Saturday with parties each evening.

It is a great opportunity to connect with other bloggers and to learn more about blogging and social media.

I’m so glad that you found your way here thanks to Gen.

No need to use the term “only” just because God has given us 10. Children are a blessing, no matter what the number and did you know that a full quiver is not necessarily the same number? God does all that best.

Thank you for being willing to foster-to-adopt. There is such a need. We have seriously looked into doing that. God has given us a burden for sibling groups (especially Hispanic) that are stuck in the foster system. However, in our state you are not allowed to have more than 5 children in the home, so they won’t even consider us.

I LOVE your statement about the overnight stay at the hospital. I told my husband that staying in the hospital after having a baby was the closest I was going to get to a spa and I was going to milk it for all it was worth.

Your wardrobe sounds like mine. I love my pyjamas because they’re so comfortable and I’ve bought most of my maternity clothes at thrift stores. As far as the overnight at the hospital, sadly, that’s my reality. I look forward to having a night away with my newborn, even if the bed is uncomfortable!

I TOTALLY want the black and white top. Me, all the way. Btw, found you via Gen’s blog. I’m a homeschool mom too. I only have 4, but my “only” is God’s great blessing. He sent them all to us via adoption and that’s a pretty large family as foster-to-adopt goes. I’ll be back to check your blog out again when we get home from our upcoming vaction.

I think you should definitely take the penguin jammies. They are soooo cute and you have to wear jammies! Also, the shirt in the bottom picture is a “must-go”!

You’re way ahead of me, even with your paint stained shirt. My husband teases me that at any given moment I’m wearing at least 3 articles of clothing with holes. He’s usually right, too! Come to think of it, I am wearing the same clothes I had on yesterday. Oh, well, cuts down on laundry, right?
