Free Nursing Cover

Last year during World Breastfeeding Week, I got an offer that seemed too good to be true, a free nursing cover (just pay shipping).  The offer was for me and for anyone I wished to share the code with.

I did not share this offer here on Raising Olives because if I was going to be ‘taken’, I didn’t want you to be be ‘taken’ also.  (I’m nice like that.)  I did decide to take them up on the offer and I did in fact receive my nursing cover, our bank accounts were not drained and we haven’t been put onto any email or junk mail lists.  :)

I’ve been using this cover when nursing Bella out in public and it’s wonderful.  The 100% cotton fabric choices are tasteful, all covers have a rigid neckline and stainless steel D-rings that allow the neck to be fully adjustable.  They are also machine washable.

So when I got the offer again this year, I decided that I had to share it with you.  Simply visit uddercovers.com today or tomorrow, pick out the cover (or gift set)  of your choice and type breastfeeding into the promo code box.  It will take $32 off of your order total, so all you pay is $9.95 shipping.

If you’re not currently breastfeeding this would make a nice baby shower gift.  Hurry, because some of the fabrics are already back ordered.

Oh, and you’re welcome. ;)

Edited to add: Please note that I would not pay $32 for this cover and that you will have to pay $9.95 shipping, so don’t order one if it’s not worth that to you.  I have been pleased with the one that I received last year for that price.

I, too, heard about this deal and thought $10 isn’t too bad for a nursing cover! After I ordered mine and told a few friends, they told me it was scammy and the quality wasn’t good.

Mine came in the mail recently (and it doesn’t appear to have cost the company $10 to send it to me) and it’s fine. It’s not top-of-the-line, but I think it’s good enough to do what it intended to do!

Tried to email you back — but the thing bounced. Doh!

Anyway, I don’t think it’s too scammy to post, but I think it’s worth mentioning that this cover is NOT worth $32 at the original price.

For $10 shipped, I think it’s a reasonable deal though.

Thank you Kacie!! I appreciate your help on this one. I agree, I’m happy with paying $10 shipped for this cover and I use it often.

My friend ordered one of these for me last year when the cost was only shipping… she sent me the ‘Carson’ fabric b/c I was pregnant with my son, Carson. Good cover – perfect for a newborn. But now that he’s a big, wiggly six-month-old, I need something with more fabric… he’s able to uncover us in an instant! :) I have enjoyed this cover, though.

This is great! Thank you for passing it along! I’m in need of a new nursing cover. The one I got with my second son 4 years ago is not easy to us while trying to hold and nurse a baby.

Thanks! I am sharing the info on FB. I have mixed feelings about covers, but there are times one needs one IMO.

Thank you! I just ordered one. Can you believe I’m on month 29 of breastfeeding (across 3 children) and I don’t have one of these yet?

I have a hooter hider brand that I’ve used ans washed a ton… LOVE it! I also did this deal last year, and it’s a simliar product, but the fabric isn’t as durable. However it’s 1/3 the price of the first one I bought. So.. price vs. quality… the classic battle :)

I agree with the others. I just got mine in the mail yesterday from this offer and it’s certainly not worthy of $32, but it’s fine for $10. It’s a single layer of fabric and just not nearly as high quality as many I’ve seen.

Thanks for the tip, Kimberly! I am due in December with baby #4 and this will be my first nursing cover. The fabrics are much prettier than what I can find in the store. :)

Dr. Brown’s nursing pads are the BEST! They’re comfortable, and don’t leak through! I got mine at Babies R Us after getting some terrible ones from a cloth diaper store.

It’s about two month too late for me! I was EPing for my son and would have loved one. This would make an awesome present for a NICU mama or anyone who needs to pump.

I am a new follower of your blog. Actually followed a link from another blog from the Open House.
I did get a “free” cover up right after my daughter was born (she is 4 months old now). It is such a blessing. With my two older girls I couldn’t breastfeed in public because they would always pull the blanket off. This cover works wonderfully. I will say I wouldn’t pay the price for it, mainly because we are not financially able to, so not sure if I would if we had the money. It is better quality than a friend’s that I borrowed that I believe she purchased from Wal-Mart.
