Congratulations to Amy @ A Call to Adventure and Melissa @ These are the Moments for winning the copies of Large Family Logistics.
Yes, you read that right. Raising Olives is giving away not one, but TWO copies of Large Family Logistics. Earlier this week I gushed (and a lot of you gushed) about how much this book has helped our home. Moving chore time to the afternoon is just
the tip of the iceberg, there are many great ideas and practical tips. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to share this resource with you.
Large Family Logistics isn’t just for large families. It would be helpful for any mother who is running a home. (I think it would make a wonderful wedding or baby shower gift). Kim has chocked this book full of practical tips from meal planning and quiet time to stain removal and ideas for successful breastfeeding and chore training.
But LFL isn’t just a practical, how-to book for managing a home. It also hits the heart of the matter.
Motherhood is a life of sacrifice; it is a life poured out for our children. So what are we to do to get some space from it all? When we are honest with ourselves, we know that it is not “Me Time” we need or a “Girls’ Night Out”. Children are not a burden to escape or endure; they are a blessing that drives us to Christ because we are incapable of parenting well without Him. God is who we need. While there are helpful strategies we can employ in order to have a more peaceful day with our children, the number one thing we must do is to deny Self and cling to the cross. ~Kim Brenneman, Large Family Logistics

The area I need most help with in my home is with the bathtime/bedtime. We have a routine…but it always seems to be by the end of the night everyone is screaming, the kids screaming, me screaming, and everyone wanting to pull out their hair. Isn’t bedtime supposed to be relaxing?!
I would like help in keeping bathrooms clean. with 8 boys, it tends to ‘smell’
I need help balancing all the different duties of being a homeschooling mother, specifically keeping on top of the schoolwork while keeping on top of the housekeeping.
I would love to read this book! We have two children (an almost two-year-old and a one-month-old) and would love to have a large family. Even with just two, just about every area of my home right now could use some help since we’re adjusting to life as a family of four!
I think my bedroom needs the most looking after.. it tends to get the messiest!

Love the website; I found it through a friend who is a reader. Hmm, what area of my life COULDN’T be helped! Dishes, laundry, sibling rivary among my four little ones.
Thanks for the opportunity for the drawing!
I’m a missionary in Spain where we have tiny living spaces and a church to keep organized. If I had to select one room that needed the most help, I would say the BEDROOM! It has become a catch all for everything MINE and every project I have going. PLEASE HELP! I need to devote my time to people – husband, family, and ministry – not dis-organization. ~Karen
