Who wouldn’t love to own a pair of shoes with wheels?

Heelys come in a variety of styles and colors and all have the added fun of wheels in their heels. Tired of walking? Simply shift your weight to your heels and roll. These are fun, really fun. Seriously, all of the kids love MY Heelys. (I need to keep reminding them that they are my Heelys.)

It took me a while to get the hang of  skating with Heelys and it wasn’t just me. After laughing at me for a few minutes, Kaitlin (13), took a turn and I got to laugh at her. Heelys come with warnings about safety and since you must lean back to skate (not the direction that the human body is best equipped to fall) these warnings are prudent. I watched Kaitlin take a couple hard falls before she caught on.

However, after you master some of the basics you can get begin to fancy and learn some  Heelys tricks  (or at least the kids can get fancy, some of us are just happy to roll).

We love how easy it is to walk normally in Heelys, no worries about rolling when you want to be walking. And when you want to roll, you’re ready to go. Heelys also allow you to remove the wheels and place a plug in the empty space to wear them as normal tennis shoes.

If you have an adventurer on your Christmas list who would prefer to roll rather than walk (’cause  regular shoes can really slow you down)

check out the wide variety of Heelys styles and sizes.

Between Nov 25-Nov 28, buy any pair of Heelys, get the second pair for $25, or buy a Nano and get a pair of shoes for $25. Plus free ground shipping on all orders!

I received a complimentary pair of Heelys to review. All opinions are my own.

Last year we got the girls some roller skates for Christmas which we wear only at the rink… about once or twice a month. The girls have gotten pretty good on them. I think that they would really enjoy these. Thanks for sharing!
